Shipping Method:
Shipping available to US addresses only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS or FedEx to 48 states and via air to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days from time of order, Hawaii and Alaska may be longer. Order processing time depends on credit card authorization and does not include weekends or holidays.

Returns:
Gotein.com guarantees the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Damaged products:
If your items were damaged in shipment please notify us within 72 hours so that we may file a claim and reship your order if needed.

Out of Stock Items:
We continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability however, there will be times that an item may be out of stock. It this occurs, we will be happy to suggest comparable solutions via email before shipping and wait for your confirmation. If you decide against a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out of stock items.
